Processing Time

All items are made to order. Processing times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed Friday will start processing the following Monday.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions—be sure to check our website or subscribe for updates.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because our products are custom-made, please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, colors, etc.) before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination and may take 1–4 weeks after processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Refunds will NOT be given if a customer provides incorrect shipping address info or for claims of not receiving the package when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed with the carrier.
